Return Policy

All Returns:

·      Before Returning any product please call Motostar Tire and Auto Products toll free 800-290-2220.  We will evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action for each situation.
·      New Product Returns – please notify Motostar within 5 business days of delivery date.
·      Manufacturer’s Defects or Shipping Damage Returns – please notify Motostar within 2 business days of product delivery date.

Tire/Wheel/Performance Part Returns:
·      Manufacturer’s Defect - Motostar Tire and Auto Products will issue a UPS Call Tag and deliver it via email.  Please attach the UPS Call Tags to all tires/boxes and bring them to your nearest UPS location.  Upon receipt of the returned items Motostar’s staff will confirm the validity of the claim and issue a full refund including shipping.  If no defect is found (very rare case), all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount.
 
·      New Product – Only unused products can be returned.  The exception being a manufacturer’s defect (see above).  The customer is responsible for returning product to Motostar Tire and Auto Products.  It is strongly recommended that the customer utilize a shipping method with tracking capability such as UPS or FedEx, preferably with signature required.  Products will be inspected upon arrival and a full refund will be issued less the original shipping fees from the return amount.  In some cases a 20% restocking fee will also be deducted from the return amount.
 
Mounted Wheel and Tire Package Return:
·      Motostar will utilize the New Product policy above and will deduct an additional $60.00 wheel and tire dismount labor fee from the return amount.
Special Order Item Return:
·      Motostar will only accept returns on special order products if the product has a Manufacturer’s Defect or was damaged during shipping.  No other returns will be accepted.
Shipping Damage:
·      It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product for damage upon its arrival from UPS.  If damage is found the customer must call Motostar within 2 business days of product delivery date, Toll Free 800-290-2220.  Upon contacting Motostar please follow the Manufacturers Defect Return policy above to complete the return.  If the customer fails to notify Motostar regarding the damages on their shipment within 2 business days of product delivery date Motostar reserves the right to refuse the return.
Refused Shipments:
·      If the customer refuses their shipment of product from Motostar they will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee deducted from the return amount.
Credits Issued:
·      Paid via Paypal:
o   Paypal refund
·      Paid via Credit Card:
o   Refund on the exact Credit Card used for purchase only
o   If original Credit Card is no longer valid the customer will receive store credit
·      Paid via Cash, Money Order or Check
o   Manufacturer Defect Return – Check to billing address only
o   New Product Return – Store Credit only
